Can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your purchases in person by arrangement from Yeronga, Brisbane, 4104.

What if things are damaged in transit?

I pack everything very carefully prior to delivery but understand that accidents happen. If you package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items int their packaging and contact hello@elenaswiftceramics.com.au as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

How and when will it be delivered?

I use Australia Post for delivery to Australian addresses, regular priority mail from Brisbane. Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days to Australian capital cities and longer to regional and rural addresses.

Can you deliver internationally?

Yes! But postage from Australia to the rest of the world is very expensive (minimum $40), so delivery costs are based on a quote for your order to your location. Contact me directly for international delivery: hello@elenaswiftceramics.com.au
